Immune Boosting Herbal Tea

Brewing Recommendation: 

  1. Heat 1 cup of water 

  2. Add tea bag in hot water

  3. Steep 15 mins

  4. Remove tea bag 

  5. Sweeten if desired and enjoy!

  • Echinacea Purpurea Herb

  • Peppermint Leaf

  • Rose Hips

  • Nettle Leaf
